This in not your average women’s wellness group program! Expect to meet amazing women with similar goals, build your intuition around nutrition and get inspired to live a fabulous life.  Our goal is to inspire you to become your own health expert!  We will explore:

Connecting to your body through movement and yoga

How to crush your “get the best of you” cravings without denial and deprivation (yes, you CAN have chocolate!)

What to eat to feel energized at work and play.

How to practice radical self acceptance.

Included in the Body Awakenings Women’s Group Program:

  • 8 two-hour provocative and interactive sessions
  • Personal binder with handouts and session notes
  • Healthy eating education, recipes and cooking tips
  • Yoga instructions (all levels welcome)
  • Relaxation/meditation techniques
  • Celebration Smoothie/Potluck Party
  • and….. a few surprises :)

Cathy Rowe MA, LMHC, RYT is a former professional Jazz and Hip Hop dancer.  Her love of the arts, dance and healing led her to receive a Masters in Counseling Psychology and Dance Expressive Therapy.  As a licensed mental health professional and registered yoga teacher, Cathy specializes in women’s issues and self empowerment.  Her yoga classes and movement style is Vinyasa based with strong dance roots utilizing breathwork, concentration  and proper alignment.  Her passion is  empowering women to step into their own self worth and to reclaim their personal power.
